Our weekly programming unfolds under the open-air tiki hut and throughout the property – surrounded by tropical plants, fresh air, and grounded presence.

From slow flow and yin-style yoga to breathwork, mobility, meditation, and creative or community-led sessions, everything we offer is designed to help you reconnect—with your body, your breath, and the rhythm of nature.

Come early or stay a little longer. Pair your session with sauna, cold plunge, or simply time to unwind. This is space to reset your nervous system and feel better in real life.
