Contrast Therapy

The simplest way to feel better.

There’s nothing complicated about it.

Get hot. Get cold. Rest. Repeat.

At Slawth Haus, sauna and cold plunge happen outside, surrounded by trees, fresh air, and enough space to actually slow down. Come before work, after training, on your lunch break, or whenever your body needs a reset.

You don’t need to be an athlete. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. You just have to show up.

What to Expect

What your session looks like.

Start in the sauna. Stay in as long as feels right. Step into the cold plunge. Breathe. Get out. Rest.

Then do it again if you want.

Most people move through a few rounds of heat, cold, and rest during their session. Some talk. Some stay quiet. Some stretch under the tiki hut. Some just sit under the trees and do absolutely nothing for once.

That works too.
