Slawth is our own take “sloth”. It’s not about being lazy – it’s about slowing down on purpose. We created Slawth as reminder that in a world that’s always speeding up, there’s strength in slowing down.

Most of our guests are trying sauna and cold plunge for the first time. We’ll show you the basics, answer any questions, and encourage you to move at your own pace. there’s no pressure – just listen to your body and enjoy the experience.

The Experience

Getting Here

We built Slawth Haus for the part of you that’s tired of rushing — the part that knows wellness should feel less like another appointment and more like a return.

Here, heat, cold, movement, and nature work together. The trees hold the space. The heat softens you. The water wakes you up. And somewhere between the sauna, the plunge, and the jungle, your nervous system starts to remember what quiet feels like.

This is wellness without the performance. Just presence, community, and a slower way back to yourself.
