Set across roughly 1.5 acres of tropical outdoor space in West Palm Beach, Slawth Haus is a phone-free sanctuary for sauna, cold plunge, movement, stillness, and real community. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be here.

A place you have to feel for yourself.

Set across roughly 1.5 acres of tropical outdoor space in West Palm Beach, Slawth Haus is a phone-free sanctuary for sauna, cold plunge, movement, stillness, and real community. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be here.

How We Got Here

It started in a backyard.

Slawth Haus didn’t begin with a business plan. It began with a feeling — that people needed a place to slow down, reconnect, and come back to their bodies.

What started as a small corner of a rented backyard grew into a community we never could have planned. People kept showing up. Conversations got deeper. Strangers became regulars. The sauna and cold plunge became less of a service, and more of a weekly ritual.

Eventually, we needed more space. So we found it: a private tropical property just west of downtown West Palm Beach, tucked between mango trees, birds, shade, and quiet.

And slowly, this place began to take shape — not as a polished wellness studio, but as something more alive. A sanctuary made for heat, cold, nature, conversation, and the kind of quiet people don’t realize they’ve been missing.

The Experience

Room to breathe

Slawth Haus unfolds across roughly 1.5 acres of tropical outdoor space, with saunas, cold plunges, tiki huts for movement and gathering, open-air recovery areas, and quiet shaded corners where you can sit, talk, stretch, or do absolutely nothing.

At the center is our large traditional sauna and cold plunge experience, with private barrel sauna sessions available for a more intimate ritual.

Mango trees overhead. Shade moving across the ground. Little signs of life everywhere. Enough space to disappear for a little while without ever leaving the community.

We’ve kept it barefoot. We’ve kept it imperfect. We’ve kept it alive.

The Culture

No phones. Just people

We’re a phone-free space. Phones go in your locker when you arrive and come back out when you leave. What happens in between is the part people keep coming back for — real conversations, actual eye contact, shared silence, nervous systems settling, and the rare feeling of being somewhere without needing to capture it. You don’t realize how much you needed it until you’re already in it.

The Experience

Come see it for yourself

Words and photos only go so far. The scale, the trees, the heat, the cold, the quiet — you have to be here for it.
