This is the heart of Slawth Haus—a space to melt, reset, and return to yourself.

Ease into your rhythm with our traditional sauna and three-tier cold plunge circuit. The sauna stays between 180–190°, thick with steamy heat that opens your pores and softens your edges. Pour eucalyptus water over the rocks and let your breath catch up to your body.

Cool down in one of our cold plunges, set between 37–50°, each one delivering a different depth of chill. Most guests do a few rounds—10–20 minutes in the heat, 1–3 in the cold—but this is your flow. Trust what feels right.

No timers. No rush. Just presence, peace, and full permission to move slow.
