CANCELLATION POLICY

Slawth Haus requires 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation and/or instances of no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the full value of the booking. We do allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrival, after which time the appointment will be classified as a no-show.

CLEANLINESS

All guests are required to arrive clean. After sweating in our sauna, you are required to rinse off thoroughly before entering our cold plunges.
